I had done a lot of research on the issue and was comforted when the tech rep described the issue and repair back to me exactly as I understood it. Additionally, they were able to get a repair tech to our house in a matter of hours. The technician that performed the work was professional, courteous and very attentive to detail throughout the process. Love this company! For 25 years we’ve used Miller Appliance for all our appliance repair. The staff is professional and polite. Everyone is well trained. Response time is amazingly fast, and they always tell you what they’re going to do (and how much it will cost) before they do it. Highly, highly recommend!
